| Physical and Chemical Properties | Hydroxyapatite has high specific surface area, strong water absorption and water release ability and moisture absorption ability in air. The density of hydroxyapatite is 3.16g/cm3, the specific surface area is 26 m2/g, the solubility product constant Ksp(25 ℃)=(6.3±2.1)× 10-59, which is weakly alkaline (pH = 7-9), insoluble in alkali soluble in acid.
